Learn how to be a proactive

as our Proactive Asset Allocation
Strategy (PAAS) and Four-Step Process for Making Confident Investment

You will see that active investing is not rocket science
and doesn’t
require you
to dedicate endless hours on research. This course provides you a sound
framework
to help you make proactive changes at the appropriate times in all your
accounts including your 401(k)... when to buy, what to
own and, importantly, when to sell.
Passive
investing is uneducated and investors following this flawed
approach are frustrated with lackluster results. Many
investors, including many professionals, apply a broad diversification
strategy. We call this approach “blind diversification” or the
“pie-chart
strategy”. The Institute believes such strategies are uneducated
and
counterproductive.
In this course you will learn how to identify
important market trends,
and gain access to our proprietary indicators so you can
keep your portfolio in line with the prevailing trend. You will learn
how to identify bear cycles such as the one that began
in late 2007 and bull cycles such as the one that began in early 2009. Once you can identify the important
market trend, your confidence will skyrocket. You will be able
to build your wealth during bull market cycles, while also preserving
your capital during bear market cycles.
During
bull market
cycles, you want to make the most of the opportunity the market is
providing
by owning the strongest asset classes… the leaders during that market
cycle.
In this course you will learn how to isolate the leading
asset classes,
and gain access to our proprietary indicators so you can
keep your portfolio in the leaders during any market cycle.
You will
also learn how to drill down in any asset class, global
market or sector to find the strongest stocks and ETFs to own. You also
receive ongoing access to professional grade tools, which will
simplify your stock selection, streamline your research efforts and
help you stay on top of the market.
